This website is operated by Urban Chill Shop Inc. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Urban Chill Shop. Urban Chill Shop offers this website and services, including all information, tools and products available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By accessing or using our website or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Product Availability & Orders

All orders are subject to availability. In case of stock discrepancies, we may fulfill available products and contact you regarding backordered items. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected reseller or bulk orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location. 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. We are not liable for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once items are handed to the courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Key points:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Certain products are non-returnable (assembled items, consumables, final sale, personalized, used care products).

  • Bundled discount items must be returned as a complete set.

  • Returns not due to error or damage may incur a 15–30% restocking fee.

  • Freight items may have original shipping cost deducted.

5. Warranty

Urban Chill Shop provides a 1-year limited warranty on all standard equipment, covering manufacturing defects. For premium products (e.g., 4-motor spa beds), extended warranties may apply. Damage from misuse or normal wear is excluded. Contact our support team with proof of purchase to initiate a claim.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have a lead time of 2–4 months. Once placed, pre-orders are non-refundable. If shipping timelines change significantly, we will notify you by email.

7. Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower price for the same product on our website within 7 days of purchase, we’ll refund the difference in store credit. Final sale or custom items are excluded.

8. Tracking & Shipping Issues

You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, reject the delivery or contact us immediately. For lost shipments, we will issue refunds or replacements after carrier investigation.

9. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked on our store. Review their policies before engaging with them.

10. SMS Marketing Compliance

By subscribing to our SMS marketing service during checkout or via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring messages including order updates, reminders, and promotions. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

All content on our website is owned by Urban Chill Shop or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We provide our Services "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Ontario.
